About Us

 The HOA Board understands that recent years that HOA has not been as active as many would like, but we are committed to doing better. 

   Anthony moved to Colony Pointe in 2016 and has lived in the area for over 25 years. Working in the transportation industry and even owning his own trucking company keeps him busy, yet he still find time to enjoy family time with his wife and three children. Anthony has a passion for providing safe, appealing, and comfortable living environments  

  Leaving the craziness of Arvada, Kevin moved to Milliken in May 2019, enjoying the quieter community and being closer to kids and grandkids. Kevin owns his own lawn care business and enjoys camping trips and motorcycle rides.    

 Karen, her Husband Nick & Kids moved to Milliken in May of 2019, she has a longtime tie to Milliken as her Grandmother was born in Milliken in 1926. In her professional life she is a Lead Service Coordinator for a commercial HVAC company. On the weekends during the summer and even a few evenings a week her and her family spend a lot of time boating. During the winter while her husband is enjoying the snow and cold, Karen enjoys scrapbooking inside where it is warm. 

 Branden and his family left Greeley for Milliken in March of 2020. “When we first drove through Colony Pointe the number of kids out playing was all we needed to know this would be perfect for us!” Spending time with family, camping, and enjoying one of many hobbies is how Branden spends his days.
